
Regional Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Growth Manager to drive new business growth and manage key client relationships within an assigned territory.
This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, handling the entire sales cycle, and ensuring customer satisfaction to increase market share and meet revenue targets.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop strategic relationships with senior management and new accounts to expand our presence in the region.
- Bld awareness about company products and solutions in the market through targeted marketing campaigns.
- Manage new business inquiries to closure by providing excellent customer service and timely support.
- Work closely with multiple industries in the assigned geography to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow the business through multi-channel distribution: OEMs, End Users, Consultants, and Dealers.
- Handle the complete sales cycle: identifying and creating opportunities, offering solutions, presenting business cases, submitting proposals, and interacting with internal teams for pricing.
- Actively address customers' key concerns and drive sales of higher service levels and new value-added services.
- Help prepare annual budgets by providing information on market potential and penetration goals.
- Maintain and increase market share in the assigned region by proactively working with customers, staying ahead of the competition.
- Ensure a timely response to customer communications and requirements. Act as a customer representative, liaising with the plant for timely delivery.
- Deal with various customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain long-term relationships.
- Ensure the prompt follow-up and collection of payments from customers.
- Report daily activities by email to the Manager.
- Regularly follow up on competitors' activities and update Management.
- Strategic Sales Experience: Strong experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans.
- Sales Cycle Management: Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Multi-Channel Distribution: Expertise in multi-channel distribution (OEMs, End Users, etc.).
- Customer Relationship Management: Excellent skills in customer relationship management and issue resolution.
- Market Analysis: Ability to contribute to annual budget preparation with market insights.
- Competitor Monitoring: Strong skills in market analysis and competitor monitoring.
- Daily Reporting: Proficient in daily and regular reporting.
- Payment Collection: Experience in payment collection.
