Regional Marketing Executives are responsible for driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute sales approach plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Utilize exceptional planning and execution skills to launch new initiatives and manage existing ones.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decisions.
- Maintain a strong presence in the field, visiting branches regularly to assess progress and provide guidance.
- Oversee branch branding and visual merchandise to ensure consistency and impact.
- Coordinate and execute ATL (Above-the-Line) activities to raise brand awareness and drive engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Highly target-oriented with a go-getter attitude and positive approach.
- A team player who can adapt quickly to changing market dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to plan and execute counter-competition activities.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in marketing, preferably in BFSI/Retail.
