This is a key leadership role that drives business growth and revenue expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase market share and revenue.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Growth of Revenue and Market Share: Develop and execute plans to grow revenue and expand market share.
  • Assigned Business Partners: Ensure assigned business partners have the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals.
  • Travel across assigned branches: Regularly visit assigned branches to monitor progress and provide guidance.
  • Revenue Generation: Work with regional RM teams to ensure organizational revenue generation goals are met.
  • Client Mapping: Ensure proper mapping of commodity/currency clients to RMs.
  • New Account Addition: Add minimum 02 (Two) new accounts per month with an average margin of Rs 50,000/-.
  • Client Activation: Achieve minimum 60% client activation in commodity and currency on M+2 basis.
  • Position Tracking: Monitor client positions daily and inform BM/branch owner and HNI clients of any adverse positions.
  • Commodity Market Knowledge: Have knowledge of commodity markets and derivatives trading through MCX, NCDEX, and channel management skills.
Requirements:
  • Commodity Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of commodity markets and derivatives trading.
  • Channel Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple channels, including IFD, IFA, and B2B.
