The Talent Acquisition Manager role at TankhaPay is a critical position that involves overseeing the full cycle of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

This job requires an experienced and dynamic individual who can lead our day-to-day HR operations and drive business growth through strategic workforce planning, effective talent acquisition, and employee engagement strategies.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in New Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
  • Managing the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Creating and maintaining a positive employer brand and employee value proposition.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external partners, such as recruiters and suppliers.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong expertise in recruitment marketing, social media recruiting, and online talent attraction.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resource information systems (HRIS).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
