Top Talent Acquisition Specialist Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Top Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Drive end-to-end recruitment for top technology and product roles, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
    • Build and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top-tier talent in engineering, product management, and leadership functions.
    • Develop and manage recruitment dashboards and analytics to track key hiring metrics and drive continuous improvements.
    • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and build a proactive talent pipeline.
    • Leverage data-driven recruitment insights to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Requirements:
    • 6+ years of Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) experience, ideally with corporate recruiting environment with full life cycle recruiting experience.
    • Excellent business partnering skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including hiring managers, employees, and external partners.
    • Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies, with a focus on creating compelling job descriptions and vacancy announcements.
    • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in all aspects of recruitment.
