Lead Recruitment Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned recruitment manager to lead our team of recruiters in delivering high-quality talent solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters to deliver mid to senior-level mandates across various industries.
  • Mentor and train junior recruiters to enhance their sourcing, screening, and client management capabilities.
  • Assign and prioritize job requisitions among team members based on capability and bandwidth.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through timely updates, quality profiles, and strategic support.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
  • Meet team targets on closures, client satisfaction, and turnaround time (TAT).
  • Regularly review and report on team performance metrics and hiring KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Strong exposure to client communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to work on leadership and niche roles across sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, team leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
