About Us: Overview of the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role will involve managing end-to-end payroll, ensuring all HR statutory and labor law compliances are met, and driving employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management: Manage and process monthly payroll for corporate employees, retail employees, and third-party contractual employees.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory and labor law compliance, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment, and Minimum Wages.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement, retention, performance management, and grievance handling.

Requirements:

  • MBA in HR / PGDHRM with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with payroll.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace/Google sheets.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
