We seek a dynamic Talent Manager to join our team and build strong relationships with influencers, creators, and celebrity talent.
This role involves scouting, identifying, and onboarding influencers and talents; maintaining a comprehensive talent database.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal teams to close associations with celebrities and high-profile talents.
- Maintain trackers for ongoing, completed, and upcoming projects for each talent.
- Manage end-to-end collaboration and partnerships with talents for smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with accounts teams for timely release of talent payments.
- Support client servicing while balancing expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or celebrity associations.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
