Recruitment Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Kolkata. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and recruit high-potential candidates via job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and ensure a seamless interview process.
  • Interview Coordination: Manage interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate smooth hiring decisions.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pool for future hiring needs.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance the company's reputation by creating a positive candidate experience and boosting visibility in the job market.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
  • Prior experience in hiring sales professionals (Business Development Associates) is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent acquisition, and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent English communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
