Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager – Warehousing Industry

We are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition professional to lead our recruitment efforts in the warehousing industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level positions.

  • 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically within the warehousing industry.

Industry Preference:

  • Warehousing / Logistics is a must.
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to attract top talent.
  • Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job portals, networking, employee referrals, and headhunting.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers/stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Exposure to warehouse and campus hiring would be beneficial.
  • Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates based on organizational fit.
  • Driving recruitment for volume hiring and niche roles in warehousing/logistics functions.
  • Maintaining recruitment dashboards, MIS, and ensuring adherence to TAT.
  • Supporting employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Skills:
  • Recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
  • Talent mapping and ATS expertise.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office.
