
Sales Development Specialist

Drive new business growth by identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with businesses looking to scale their digital presence.
Your daily responsibilities will include researching and reaching out to potential clients across various sectors, understanding their marketing challenges, presenting tailored digital marketing solutions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met and business objectives are achieved.
- Identify and prospect new clients actively via cold outreach, inbound leads, and industry networks
- Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs and pitch digital marketing solutions
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive renewals and upsells
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth handoffs post-sale
- Track and report on sales pipeline, performance, and forecast using CRM tools
Key Requirements:
- Sales skills: Proven track record in sales, ability to meet sales targets, and experience in client relationship management
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to present and demonstrate products effectively
- Analytical skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and experience with sales reporting and analytics
- Technical skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivation: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
