Sales & Product Specialist - Healthcare Expertise

The role of the Sales & Product Specialist is to bridge sales, product, and demo engineering by designing realistic demo scenarios, defining business objectives, and representing user perspectives. This specialist ensures all demos align with practical workflows, collaborating closely with the Demo Center of Excellence, Product, and Infrastructure teams. This position is strictly focused on product development and does not involve access to sensitive client data or Protected Health Information (PHI) & Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

Key Responsibilities

  • Author, document, and maintain detailed demo scenarios, scripts, and storyboards tailored to workflows (claims, enrollment, eligibility, pharmacy, provider).
  • Curate and validate synthetic demo data.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure all scenarios reflect actual product capabilities and value.
  • Define talk tracks, metrics for demo success, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead or co-lead client demos, gathering feedback, and iterating scenarios/templates accordingly.
  • Train Sales and Product teams on demo delivery and scenario alignment to business requirements.
  • Capture post-demo feedback and contribute to knowledge and template updates.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 14+ years of overall experience.
  • Experience in healthcare product management/consulting.
  • Deep understanding of claims adjudication, provider, or PBM processes.
  • Exceptional communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with SaaS or demo environments is a plus.
