Job Title: Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Development Specialist. This role involves generating leads through phone calls, social media, and emails to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, track, maintain, and update leads in our database
  • Makes outgoing calls to develop new business opportunities
  • Contact prospects to qualify leads and identify potential sales
  • Direct email marketing campaigns to key clients and prospects
  • Research and maintain lead generation databases to stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Conduct customer research to understand market needs and preferences
  • Conduct client or market surveys to gather information about potential leads
  • Provide accurate and timely information to the reporting Manager to inform business decisions
  • Develop a strong knowledge of our products and services to facilitate the sales process

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Experience with cold calling and lead generation
  • Experience with research and maintaining databases
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in using CRM software
  • Experience working with ERP & CRM systems, with a focus on lead generation
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
