Job Overview

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our retail team as a HoReCa Manager in Goregaon West, working 100% from office. As a key member of our business operations, you will report directly to the Business Head.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth: Drive year-over-year growth in sales revenue from HORECA clients by leveraging effective sales strategies and capturing market share within the hospitality sector.
  • Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT): Monitor client satisfaction through regular surveys or feedback mechanisms, ensuring strong relationships, product quality, and service delivery that fosters loyalty.
  • Market Share: Track your company's share of the HORECA market compared to competitors, signifying successful penetration and competitiveness within the industry.
  • Distribution Efficiency: Optimize distribution operations by monitoring metrics such as order fulfillment time, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover to ensure products reach HORECA clients promptly and reliably.
  • Promotional ROI: Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of promotional activities targeting the HORECA sector, including marketing campaigns, trade promotions, and events to effectively drive revenue and support business objectives.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field.
  • A proven track record in sales, marketing, or hospitality management (5 years).
  • A deep understanding of the hospitality sector and HORECA channels.
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
