Business Development and Marketing Professional

Chefworks Hospitality, a premium hospitality service provider for Food & Beverage solutions, is seeking a dynamic Business Development and Marketing Professional to join our team in Bengaluru. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, generating leads, managing customer accounts, and collaborating with our sales team to drive business growth.
Job DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, proven experience in sales and marketing, and knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques. You will work closely with our culinary and food service professionals to cater to all customer requirements of Food & Beverage in a clean, hygienic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth
- Generate leads and manage customer accounts to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales plans
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales and marketing
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
