VLaunchU is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving business growth through sales and lead generation in the education sector.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Sales and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and engage potential clients, institutions, and organizations to drive business growth.
    • Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Strategic Business Development:
    • Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base in the education sector.
    • Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.
  • Presentation and Proposal Development:
    • Deliver compelling product/service presentations to potential clients.
    • Prepare and present customized proposals to meet client needs.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and progress reports.
    • Provide regular updates to the management team on sales performance.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in sales and business development, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
