Business Development Lead for Education Sector

VLaunchU is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving business growth through sales and lead generation in the education sector.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Sales and Lead Generation:
- Identify and engage potential clients, institutions, and organizations to drive business growth.
- Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Strategic Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base in the education sector.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.
- Presentation and Proposal Development:
- Deliver compelling product/service presentations to potential clients.
- Prepare and present customized proposals to meet client needs.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and progress reports.
- Provide regular updates to the management team on sales performance.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in sales and business development, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
