We are an esteemed hospitality group with over two decades of experience in the restaurant, banquet, and catering business in Delhi NCR.
Job Description:This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Manager where you will be responsible for developing sales and marketing strategies, managing promotional activities, maintaining customer relationships, conducting market research, working with directors for innovative solutions, and overseeing the growing business as an integral part of the group.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Sales and Marketing Strategies: Create and implement effective sales and marketing plans to drive business growth.
- Manage Promotional Activities: Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management with at least 5 years of work experience in hotel sales.
- Sales Strategy, Marketing Strategy, and Promotional Management skills.
- Customer Relationship Management and Market Research skills.
- Team Leadership and Sales Team Management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A proven track record of successful sales.
