Job Role Overview

To expand the distribution network in assigned territories, a Territory Sales Supervisor plays a pivotal role in driving business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Expand territory coverage through new dealer acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage existing dealer networks to optimize sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet daily targets for orders from dealers, ensuring timely collection of payments and reducing outstanding balances.
  • Ensure prompt issue of credit notes to dealers and maintain accurate accounts clarity.
  • Develop and implement field strategies for expanding the dealer network and increasing product visibility.
  • Collaborate with influencers such as architects, building contractors, and housing societies to foster business development.
  • Maintain proper product placement at counters and ensure effective inventory management.
  • Regularly brief dealers on new schemes and target products, promoting cross-selling opportunities.
