
Expansion Specialist

Purpose:
As a key business growth driver, you will spearhead initiatives to expand our presence in specific industry verticals and territories. Your cross-functional role involves collaborating with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement sales plans for assigned verticals/territories, identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and forecasting market trends.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance at the territory/vertical level, highlighting areas of improvement, and implementing corrective actions as required.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with customers to facilitate deep understanding of their requirements and resolve queries efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for integrated solutions and present them to relevant stakeholders.
- Negotiate and finalize terms with clients regarding product specifications, payment terms, and timelines, ensuring seamless execution.
- Liaise with operations teams to ensure timely order execution within predefined criteria.
- Communicate changes in order specifications to concerned departments and maintain regular contact with customers.
- Ensure timely collections from clients according to contractual agreements.
- Guarantee timely dispatch of goods to client sites as per delivery schedules.
- Adhere to established processes to enhance response quality and minimize response time to customer queries.
- Lead the establishment of service centers or partner agencies to provide quick after-sales services.
- Provide technical support to customers on after-sales issues.
- Resolve customer complaints within predefined timelines.
- Log and update all customer interaction activities in relevant systems.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues during finalization, execution, and post-execution sales phases.
- Liaise with distributors and dealers in the territory, escalating significant issues to superiors.
- Manage dealer-related activities, including stock booking, invoicing, and payments.
- Stay informed about territorial developments and provide data to the marketing team on potential expansion opportunities.
