Market Growth Strategist

  • This role involves fostering partnerships with contractors, architects, and key stakeholders, implementing effective strategies to boost revenue and conversion rates, and gathering and analyzing market trends to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive demand through strategic network development and meet sales targets consistently.
  • Engage Contractors: Conduct product demonstrations and establish strong connections.
  • Site Visits & Funnel Development: Generate and track leads from site visits.
  • Funnel Value Tracking: Monitor the pipeline to optimize conversion rates.
  • Market Development Initiatives: Organize industry events to strengthen engagement.
  • Corrective Action Implementation: Address underperforming partners/products in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Influencer Engagement: Drive increased participation in key influencer programs.
  • Activity Reporting: Provide structured updates to managers on a regular basis.
  • Market Intelligence Gathering: Collect and share relevant insights about the assigned market.
  • Execution & Monitoring of Market Activities: Collaborate with RSM/ASM to ensure effective strategy implementation.
  • Contractor Training & Development: Lead training sessions to enhance contractor skill sets and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
