Boche Tea is committed to delivering high-quality and refreshing tea products across diverse markets. We are rapidly expanding and are looking for a dynamic sales professional to drive growth in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent growth of Boche Tea in the designated territory.
  • Expand distributor and retailer network, ensuring strong product availability and visibility.
  • Conduct regular market visits for sales, collections, and relationship-building with trade partners.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities, schemes, and in-market activations.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market intelligence.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales processes, reporting, and policies.
  • Train, guide, and motivate retailers/distributors to achieve sales objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in FMCG (beverages/tea experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of distribution, retail channels, and local market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within the territory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
