Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to join our team in Thrissur. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing distributor/dealer networks, ensuring product availability, and achieving monthly targets. Prior experience in the FMCG sector is mandatory, and candidates with strong local market knowledge will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement across all channels.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
  • Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to maximize business growth.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance.
  • Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in FMCG sales (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of Thrissur market and FMCG distribution network.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
