Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team. As the Assistant Manager - Human Resources, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR team in various activities including Recruitment, Onboarding, Data Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and other HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with school leaders to define staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of all positions. Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing to offer rollout, for all school-based roles.
  • HR Operations, Data & Compliance: Oversee all HR operations for Nagpur schools, including onboarding, payroll coordination, exit formalities, and related documentation. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations for charitable organizations.
  • People Engagement & Culture: Serve as a key HR partner to all schools in Nagpur, addressing team-level concerns, people issues, and morale challenges. Foster a positive work environment rooted in care, respect, and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant HR roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in hiring and HR data management.
  • Prior experience in development and non-profit sectors is preferred.
