Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will oversee the Administration Team and handle various HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, workload analysis, leave management, and general HR duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Design and implement recruitment plans to meet business needs.
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to hiring.
    • Conduct thorough interviews and make informed hiring recommendations.
    • Collaborate with department heads on staffing requirements.
  2. Performance Management Excellence: Design and implement high-performance management systems that drive results.
    • Develop and administer performance management processes.
    • Foster annual performance reviews and goal-setting sessions.
    • Counsel managers on performance management best practices.
    • Create employee development programs to enhance skills and productivity.
  3. Workload Analysis and Efficiency: Conduct thorough workload assessments across departments to identify areas for improvement.
    • Analyze job roles and responsibilities for efficiency.
    • Recommend staffing adjustments based on workload analysis.
    • Maintain accurate records of employee productivity and satisfaction.
  4. Leave Management Policy: Ensure seamless administration of all employee leave programs (vacation, sick, FMLA) while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Process leave requests and maintain detailed documentation.
    • Coordinate coverage during employee absences.
  5. General HR Functions: Oversee compensation and benefits administration, coordinate training and development programs, maintain HRIS systems, and ensure workplace safety compliance.
