Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Strategist to join our team. This key role involves leading HR initiatives that drive business growth, improve employee engagement, and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute talent management programs.
  • Leverage expertise in labor laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Foster strong relationships with union representatives to negotiate collective bargaining agreements and resolve conflicts.
  • Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to inform HR decisions.
