Senior Human Resources Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Human Resources Strategist to partner with our leadership team. The ideal candidate will drive business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives, fostering a positive work culture and promoting employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement human resources strategies in collaboration with the Corporate HR team to support unit goals.
- Promote a collaborative and high-performance environment by leading and mentoring the Unit HR team.
- Identify and develop high-potential employees, providing talent development opportunities and recognizing outstanding performance.
- Collaborate with Corporate HR to enhance individual development plans and overall competencies, driving recognition and reward programs for high-performing employees.
- Lead talent acquisition and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent, overseeing onboarding and integration processes for new hires.
- Ensure training needs are met by identifying areas for improvement and developing effective training programs at the Unit.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree + Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in HRBP role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with effective collaboration in a team environment.
