Job Title:

Senior Human Resources Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Director to lead our HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing HR functions, developing strategic plans, and implementing initiatives that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and monitor the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes engagement, diversity, and inclusion
  • Partner with senior management to define and implement the HR strategy that aligns with the business goals of the organization
  • Lead the HR aspects of business transitions, including scaling teams, mergers, or reorganization efforts as the new vertical grows

Qualifications and Skills:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with prior exposure to logistics, supply chain, or similar industries considered an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices in India
