Oracle E-Business Suite HCM Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Oracle EBS HCM consultant to join our organization. As a remote-first role, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and providing functional support for Oracle EBS HCM modules, primarily Core HR and Payroll; exposure to Self-Service HR (SSHR) or iRecruitment is a plus.

  • Implement, configure, and provide functional support for Oracle EBS HCM modules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities.
  • Prepare functional design documents and coordinate with technical teams for customizations.
  • Assist in testing, user training, and data migration activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring smooth delivery of project milestones.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of functional experience in Oracle EBS HCM R12.
  • Strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll; working knowledge of SSHR or iRecruitment is desirable.
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM.
  • Experience in writing functional specifications and working with technical teams for custom development.
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

  • Willingness to travel onsite to the Middle East is mandatory.
