Job Title: Human Resources Consultant Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Consultant to lead the implementation and management of our HR system. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the deployment, customization, and integration of all HR modules globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage the end-to-end HR implementation process for all modules
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues
  • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of HR modules according to business needs and best practices
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides, plan pilots, testing, and provide end-user training and support
  • Change Management & Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR products
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR products post-implementation and identify opportunities for process improvements

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
  • Experience: 12 to 15+ years of experience with implementing HR Systems / Supporting HRMS platforms
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end HR implementations across multiple modules
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions
  • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with HR implementation and Project Management
  • Knowledge of HR integration with other enterprise systems
  • High proficiency in excel, macro and other report automation tools
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools across HR lifecycle
  • Familiarity with Gen AI tools
  • Familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment
