HR Business Partner Opportunity

Fujitsu's HR People Partner plays a critical role in delivering local human resources services to the business within a country or group of countries. This position leads and drives strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance with local legislation and adhering to global standards.

This key role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Strategic HR Business Partners, to plan and manage project demand across the function. It also involves serving as a primary contact for employee relations activities, facilitating conflict resolution, and improving relationships with Employee Representative Bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demand Management: Collaborate with Senior HR Leaders to align workforce planning strategies with business unit needs.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a liaison for employee relations activities, ensuring fair practices and resolving workplace conflicts.
  • CASE Management: Provide support for Case Management services, addressing sickness absence, grievances, and disciplinary activities.
  • Talent Acquisition Support: Collaborate with recruitment teams to develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Performance Management: Assist managers in conducting performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing development plans.
  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures, including compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Onboarding and Integration: Develop and implement onboarding processes that enhance the new hire experience and improve employee retention.
  • Data and Analytics: Leverage HR analytics to inform data-driven decisions, measuring workforce trends, engagement, and productivity.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to boost employee morale, engagement, and motivation, aligning with company culture and values.
