**Role Overview:**

We are offering a unique opportunity for a Fund Manager to join our team as a 40% Equity Partner. As a strategic partner, you will contribute capital and lead the fund's management strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

You will oversee portfolio execution, risk controls, and auditor reporting. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the fund's long-term growth roadmap and building investor confidence through transparent reporting and governance.

This is not an employee role but a strategic partnership with equity ownership, designed for an individual who can bring both capital and leadership.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Direct day-to-day operations of the fund's arbitrage trading strategy.
  • Ensure risk-adjusted capital allocation and regulatory compliance.
  • Interface with auditors, administrators, and regulators.
  • Develop investor confidence through transparent reporting and governance.
  • Work closely with co-founders on scaling the fund into an institutional-grade vehicle.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Background in Fund Management, Quantitative Finance, or Hedge Fund Operations.
  • Strong understanding of arbitrage, risk-neutral trading strategies, and fund structures.
  • Proven ability to manage regulatory, legal, and reporting frameworks.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to invest personal capital and grow equity value.
