  • Oversee payroll administration and attendance management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies, job descriptions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and employee handbooks in line with organizational objectives.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems to promote employee engagement and development.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
  • Act as a strategic partner to management, providing insights on organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Drive HR initiatives related to training, learning & development, employee engagement, and succession planning.

Requirements:

  • MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior HR experience in the region is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.
  • Expertise in recruitment, payroll, attendance management, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and performance appraisal frameworks.
