About this role

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic HR leader to head the Human Resources function across our organization.

This role will be pivotal in driving operational efficiency, standardizing processes, and managing a team of senior HR leaders across multiple sites and corporate locations.

The incumbent will report directly to the CHRO and will be instrumental in shaping the HR framework aligned with our long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Human Resources across the organization.
  • Manage and mentor Site HR Heads and Corporate HR teams.
  • Drive implementation and governance of HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
  • Take ownership of Employee Life Cycle Management.
  • Strengthen and scale HR systems, workflows, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across all HR functions.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in HR from top-tier institutes.
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in HR within large organizations.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in managing multi-location HR teams and high-scale operations.
  • Deep understanding of HR systems, compliance, labor laws, process design and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to work at a strategic level, while managing complex operational details.
