The role of a Human Resources Manager is to oversee the entire human resources function within an organization. This includes managing the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring that all employees are properly trained and integrated into the company culture.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent in order to drive business success.
- Manage the full cycle of employee lifecycle including hiring, training, performance management, benefits administration, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as maintain accurate records and data related to employee personnel and payroll.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement organizational change initiatives that support business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience working in Human Resources, with a proven track record of success in strategic planning, talent development, and operational management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees, managers, and other stakeholders at all levels.
- Prior experience in dealing with healthcare professionals is highly desirable.
This is a leadership role that requires a strong vision for HR and the ability to execute key programs and projects that drive business outcomes and enhance employee engagement.
