HR Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead and support all HR functions within our organization.

This role plays a vital part in maintaining a positive work environment, ensuring compliance, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Lead performance management efforts and employee development plans.
  • Lead benefit administration and open enrollment.
  • Maintain accurate employee records (HRIS, personnel files, etc.).
  • Track and analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.).
  • Oversee training and development of employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of HR management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

About the Role:

This role is a key component of our organizational structure, and the ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and have a strong understanding of both strategic and day-to-day HR operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, tracking and analyzing HR metrics, and overseeing training and development programs.

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, as well as 7-10 years of HR management experience. They will possess strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
