Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the strategic direction of our data and analytics capabilities for our wealth businesses.

  • This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in driving business outcomes through data-led strategies and decision-making.
  • You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for data & analytics (D&A) for our wealth businesses, leveraging new capabilities delivered under our bank-wide data strategy to maximize opportunities and value for our customers.
  • You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive customer centricity and deliver better customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data management protocols and business rules to ensure secure and compliant management of data across our wealth businesses.
  • Lead the embedding of D&A teams into partner businesses, operating models, and matrix-aligned structures.
  • Design and align tracking systems for value delivery to partner businesses.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need extensive domain knowledge of financial services and a deep understanding of leading teams who use data and analytics to influence business and customer decision-making.

  • Strong leadership and community building skills with the ability to foster a collaborative environment across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate highly technical topics in a contextually relevant manner to senior audiences.
  • Advanced knowledge of analytics techniques and AI methodologies, including experience in leading teams who use advanced analytics to solve complex business problems.
