Job Title

  • Provide expertise in various HR areas, including career planning, data analysis, and compensation, to ensure a well-rounded HR function.
  • Sustain company culture and communication, reinforcing organizational values and identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead organizational change and support talent management initiatives.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong business and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
  • Self-starter with accountability for results.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and influence senior management.
  • Ability to work within constraints and challenge the status quo.
  • Strong strategic thinking and innovative HR solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

Education & Experience

  • MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree in HR with 15+ years of experience.
  • Proven work experience as a HR Manager or similar role.
  • Prior experience working in BPO/KPOs and managing large workforces.
