Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting various HR initiatives and partnering with business leaders to provide strategic guidance and support.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strategic support on talent acquisition and guiding the team on acquiring the right talent
  • Developing framework to manage People Strategy in alignment with business and corporate People strategy
  • Targeted employee engagement initiatives and providing excellent employee experience
  • Lead reward and recognition programs
  • Deliver or provide learning and talent development programs aligned to corporate development programs
  • Support leaders in ensuring Performance Management and Talent Management programs are on track including employee relations are handled timely
  • Oversee employee payroll and compensation
  • Ensure statutory compliance is thoroughly followed
  • Maintain and administer HRIS
  • Promote employer branding

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Broad HR knowledge within a professional environment (10+ years)
  • Talent acquisition experience working full life cycle recruitment (5+ years)
  • Navigating a variety of employee relations issues (5+ years)
  • Managed and led teams (4+ years)
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Progressive growth in scope and responsibility (12+ years)
  • HR Generalist experience (8+ years)
  • Direct interaction with business leaders and individual contributors (5+ years)
  • Masters degree or equivalent related experience
