Job Title: Strategic Human Resources Manager.

Job Description:

As a key member of the organizational leadership team, you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior management and stakeholders on all human resources matters. You will partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall vision and objectives. This includes talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
* Collaborate with senior management to identify and address talent gaps and opportunities.
* Design and implement effective succession plans to ensure business continuity.
* Develop and manage performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
* Spearhead competency matrix development and training initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field. MBA/MSW preferred.
* Minimum 5-10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing industries.
* Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels.
