We are seeking a seasoned and visionary executive to join our leadership team as the Strategic Data Leader.

This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's data strategy, driving actionable insights, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across all levels of the business.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strategic thinking and proven leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Strategy Development: Define and execute an enterprise-wide data analytics strategy aligned with business goals and innovation priorities.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance analytics team including data scientists, analysts, and BI developers.
  • Culture Transformation: Drive the organization's transition to a data-first culture by embedding analytics into key decision-making processes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior leaders, product owners, and operations teams to identify analytical needs and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Technology Oversight: Oversee the design and deployment of machine learning models, predictive analytics, and data visualization frameworks that generate business insights.
  • Data Governance: Partner with Data Engineering and IT to ensure the availability, accuracy, and integrity of enterprise data assets.
  • Democratization: Champion self-service analytics and democratization of data through tools, training, and platforms.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 15-20 years of experience in data analytics or data science, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role driving enterprise-level analytics initiatives.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Python, and familiarity with big data platforms.
  • Domain Expertise: Expertise in machine learning, AI, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
  • Leadership: Proven success in leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and influencing C-suite executives.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear business value.
  • Tech Proficiency: Experience with modern BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
