Data Analytics Leader Position

We are seeking a strategic Data Analytics leader to spearhead our organization's data and analytics initiatives. The successful candidate will drive business growth through data-driven insights, foster collaboration across departments, and lead high-performing teams.

  • The ideal candidate will have 18 to 21 years of experience in leading data and analytics teams, with a proven track record of driving efficiency, revenue, and innovation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with senior leaders to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Portfolio leadership experience, managing projects within the data and analytics space, ensuring delivery as per Operating Model Partnership agreements.
  • Action-oriented leadership style, with the ability to communicate clearly and drive innovation culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists.
  • Leverage technology to drive business outcomes, including implementing new technologies across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in leading data and analytics teams, with a strong track record of delivering business results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
