We are seeking a visionary project leader to spearhead complex projects and drive strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate all assigned projects against company objectives through thorough business case analysis and feasibility studies.
  • Oversee and manage diverse project teams, including finance, operations, and technical resources, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Nurture relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders across departments, effectively managing expectations and communicating progress.
  • Develop and monitor project finances, ensuring prudent management and optimal resource allocation while identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
  • Analyze and resolve intricate business challenges, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track and within scope.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption of new processes, systems, or products.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, focusing on large-scale, strategic projects.
  • A master's degree in business administration is required.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams without direct authority.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management and return on investment (ROI) calculations.
  • Proficiency in project management software and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
