We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Data squad, you will play a critical role in developing leading property and market data insights to power Real Commercial products.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in SQL, Python, and ETL/ELT pipelines, with experience in data modeling, data pipelines, and data consumption. They are also skilled in designing solutions that scale and perform for millions of users.

  • Lead initiatives with strategic focus and value
  • Solve complex technical problems and provide technical mentoring and guidance to less experienced members of the team
  • Support the Engineering Manager/Tech Lead in setting the technical direction
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Well-versed in SQL, Python, and ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Experience with data modeling, data pipelines, and data consumption
  • Strong understanding of modern software development techniques
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
