Job Title: Passive Networking Practice Manager

At Zones, we're seeking a highly skilled Passive Networking Practice Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining partnerships with OEMs, coordinating with internal departments, and reviewing pricing to ensure maximum benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain partnerships with OEMs in terms of compliance, portals, certifications, rebates, MDFs, schemes, deal registrations, leadership engagement, and sales enablement.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and OEMs as needed, including purchase, logistics, support, and reviewing pricing.
  • Inform sales and other leaders on OEM quota achievement to ensure proactive measures are taken for maximum benefits.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for providing expert advice and guidance to Sales on Passive N/W products/solutions, pricing, availability, and compatibility.
  • Provide Channel manager/s and OEM stakeholders updates related to overall sales and pipeline, including performance in various OEM programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, understanding their needs and proposing tailored OEM solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and operations across India to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of OEM solutions to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Passive Network technologies, product launches, and industry trends, maintaining a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from a reputed institute.
  • Certifications on various Passive Networking products from various OEMs preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar field.
  • Demonstrated excellent techno-commercial experience in Networking solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of building blocks of passive networking solutions, project management, and implementation.
  • Served in a similar techno-commercial role with a proven track record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine passion for delivering a positive client experience directly or through sales teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Ability to be a quick learner and be good at multi-tasking.
