Company Overview:

YES BANK, a leading banking institution, is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Development Professional to join its team. This role involves fostering strong relationships with clients and driving business growth through innovative sales strategies.

Salary: ₹2,500,000 - ₹4,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, maintaining and enhancing relationships with key customers, and leveraging complex relationships to generate revenue.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Market Assessment and Business Development: Conduct market research to understand consumers, competition, and current market conditions to help identify new business opportunities.
  • Revenue Generation: Identify new sales opportunities and leverage a knowledge sector-driven relationship approach to enhance sales and revenue generation through new and existing customers.
  • Portfolio Management and Deal Structuring: Work independently and under supervision in structuring and restructuring deals to ensure they effectively address the clients' financial requirements.
  • Credit Appraisal: Conduct credit assessment and prepare CAMs through detailed analysis, working closely with stakeholders from Risk Management to ensure adherence to established credit guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree: CA/MBA/PGDM
  • Language Skills: Written and spoken English is essential; knowledge of local language in regional markets is beneficial.
  • Years of Experience: A minimum of 0-5 years of relevant experience, with at least 0-3 years in a similar role.
