Talent Delivery Lead

With over 10 years of experience in the talent acquisition space, you will have a proven track record of handling clients and account management.

  • Lead a team of 15-25 professionals to ensure top-tier talent delivery for clients.

Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within your team.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective talent delivery strategies, collaborating with client stakeholders to address challenges and drive solutions, and monitoring and managing KPIs and SLAs to ensure performance standards. You will also be responsible for utilizing exceptional communication skills and strong stakeholder management experience to drive results.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth through strategic talent initiatives. You will have exposure working in the Semiconductor industry and have excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities may include:
