We are seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent to drive business success.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for:
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Source and hire candidates across various platforms, build talent pipelines, and manage the full recruitment cycle.
- Employee Management & Engagement: Supervise, guide, and motivate employees, monitor performance, and implement improvement strategies.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Handle salary negotiations, payroll coordination, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Leadership & Strategy: Drive HR initiatives to enhance retention, engagement, and satisfaction, organize training sessions, and promote a positive workplace culture.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager / Senior HR Executive (E-commerce or Online Retail preferred).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and proven skills in recruitment, staff management, and salary negotiation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
