Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional to join our team in the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist. This individual will be responsible for onboarding new candidates, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with background verification processes.

About the Role:

  1. Onboard new candidates and ensure a seamless integration into the company culture by coordinating training sessions, orientation programs, and providing support throughout the employee lifecycle.

  2. Maintain and update HR documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies by developing, implementing, and enforcing procedures for data management and record-keeping.

  3. Manage and maintain the candidate database, providing timely updates as necessary by analyzing recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations to enhance the hiring process.

  4. Assist in background verification processes for new hires, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism by conducting thorough reference checks, verifying educational credentials, and obtaining required documentation.

Requirements:

  • A recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is highly desirable. However, we welcome applications from individuals with relevant work experience and a passion for human resources.

  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for people management are essential for success in this role.
