Human Resources Manager Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to drive people initiatives, build a strong talent pipeline, and align HR practices with organizational goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end hiring processes, leading and mentoring a team of recruiters, building talent pipelines, and implementing performance management frameworks across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment processes for technical, sales, and operations roles.
  • Performance Management: Implement KPI/KRA frameworks, monitor, evaluate, and drive performance reviews with department heads.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention: Design engagement activities, employee recognition programs, and career development initiatives.
  • Compliance & HR Operations: Oversee HR policies, payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and grievance handling.
  • Learning & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
  • 5–6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or tech sectors
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, performance management systems, and HR operations
  • Prior experience in KPI/KRA management and organizational development
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
