Talent Acquisition Strategist

This key role focuses on supporting the Head Leadership Hiring in building a comprehensive pool of exceptional candidates.
The position involves conducting industry mapping and tracking to source high-quality manpower for senior mandates based on work experience, job profile, functional expertise, and organizational set-ups.
Interacting with candidates is crucial to understand their capabilities, strengths, and limitations before shortlisting and representing them. The specialist will identify executives for evaluation and consideration during a search.
A target list of companies and executives must be created to match specifications for the assignment and research relevant information throughout the course of the search. Additionally, the specialist will support the Head Leadership Hiring in assembling relevant information.
Conducting research to understand industry trends, identify key players, and map out potential talent pools within specific sectors is essential. Evaluating resumes and conducting initial screenings (phone interviews) will assess candidate suitability and alignment with client requirements.
Managing accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and market information within the company's database is also part of the responsibilities.
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in relevant field
Experience: 6 to 10 years
